› The commission is for personal use only, DO NOT use it for advertisements or branding

› The commissioner receives shared rights to the commissioned art, however, I maintain my copyright for the art as well

› Any changes or decisions regarding the rights of the commission must be discussed and consulted with both parties

𐐪 What does it mean for me to maintain my copyright? 𐑂

› I have the right to use your commission to...

» ...promote myself and my artwork

» ...post and display it anywhere I want

𐐪 The commissioner may... 𐑂

› You may use my art as profile icons, banners, wallpapers, and thumbnails. Printing out the commissioned piece is okay as well, as long as you are NOT using it for profit

› You may post my art on your social media, as long as credit to me is given

› If your commissioned piece includes your original characters, claiming the characters as your own while displaying my artwork is fine. DO NOT try to claim my artwork to be yours

𐐪 The commissioner may NOT... 𐑂

› DO NOT use my art for profit. This includes NFTs, selling my artwork, and gaining money from them

› DO NOT edit or change aspects of my artwork without permission and without my knowledge

› DO NOT take credit for my art

› DO NOT remove my watermark or signature

› DO NOT claim ownership of the sketch without paying first. I do not do sketch commissions

𐐪 KEEP IN MIND 𐑂

› I have the right to decline or cancel a commission. If you have already paid, I will refund your payment

› Commission completion time may take months. The time spent working on your commission may take longer due to school, health, or any other personal reasons. Refrain from rushing me with your commission

› Only digital artwork is available. I do not do physical art

› Let me know if you would not like your commission posted on my social media. Specify whether or not you’d like your social media mentioned as well

› If you are excessively rude during the process of commissioning, I will not hesitate to stop working on your commission and blacklist you

𐐪 COMMISSIONING PROCESS 𐑂

› Fill out the commission form and provide as much information as you can. The order form can be found on the “《 Commissions 》” page

› Contact me via Instagram, Twitter, Discord, or email

» My email is [email protected] , I don’t check my emails that often so response times may be delayed

› Make sure to send me as many references as possible. This includes references of the character(s), poses and interactions, background, outfits, colors, etc

» If you tell me to “do whatever you feel works best”, it may end up in a result that dissatisfies you

› I will try my best to make sure the commission satisfies you

› Keep in mind that I tend to bombard you with questions. Answer them honestly so I know what and what not to do while working on your commission

› You will be provided with sketches of your commission. Let me know what to add/remove from the concept and if you approve of it or not

› Throughout the process of working on your commission, I will provide you with WIPs if they are requested

› I will let you know if commission time may take longer than expected

› If you have conditions you’d like to bend or add please consult me first

𐐪 PAYMENT 𐑂

› Please pay me via Ko-fi, if you’d like to use another payment method (e.g. a gift card) make sure I approve of it first

› I do not accept currency outside of USD ($)

› Pay full price after the concept sketch is approved. You will have up to 15 days to get the payment in. Let me know if you need an extension or cannot make it to the payment deadline

› I will not be working on finishing the commission until after you pay

› I DO NOT allow refunds issued after payment unless I am the one issuing the refund

› Major additional changes may cause extra. The amount charged will vary depending on the complexity
